Terms and Conditions: By registering for this program you accept the following: Music Together® and Rhythm Kids^® classes are interactive, parent-child classes. You will be actively participating with your child. You accept that you are fully responsible for the health and safety of your child and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smiley Notes, Music Together^®, LLC, and its teachers, agents and representatives from any and all claims. 

Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable. Credit toward future classes is issued only in exceptional circumstances.

Demo class: A demo class allows a new family to attend one class for free. After attending one class you are no longer eligible for a trial class.

Make-Up Classes: Only allowed if absence is communicated at least 24 hours ahead of class. Teacher will work with you to find appropriate day and time.
